PROJECT ADVISORY AND TURKEY EXECUTION
Skylark Sports Infra has a specialized group responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of sports facility projects, ensuring the successful planning, management, and execution of these projects, utilizing their expertise and skills to deliver state-of-the-art sports facilities. The Project Advisory and Turnkey Execution team essentially serves as the backbone of the Skylark Sports Infra, combining expertise in project management, technical know-how, and strategic planning to deliver successful and high-quality sports facility projects. We ensure that projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients and end-use
- Consultation and Needs Assessment: Engaging with the client to understand specific requirements, such as court type (hard, clay, grass), player preferences, budget constraints, and any environmental considerations.
- Site Evaluation and Feasibility: Conducting site assessments to evaluate the terrain, soil conditions, drainage, and suitability for the chosen tennis court surface type. Providing recommendations based on site-specific
- Conceptual Design and Material Selection: Collaborating with designers and architects to create detailed plans and layouts for the tennis court flooring. Recommending suitable surface materials (acrylic, artificial grass, clay, etc.) based on performance, maintenance, and budget
- Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Sourcing high-quality materials, sports equipment (nets, posts, benches), and surface materials from reliable Ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance of materials.
- Project Management: Overseeing the construction phase, including site preparation, excavation, drainage installation, and laying foundations specific to the chosen surface type (e.g., base layers for hard courts, subsoil preparation for clay courts).
- Surface Installation: Managing the installation of the tennis court flooring, whether it’s laying the acrylic surface, installing artificial grass, or preparing clay surfaces. Ensuring proper leveling, adherence to specifications, and surface finish according to design plans.
- Supervision and Compliance: Providing on-site supervision and management throughout the construction and installation process. Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and adherence to design specifications
